Stanway House – The Siege of Gloucester

Visit the interactive living history camp where you can immerse yourself in 17th century life and spot King Charles and his royal entourage. Meet the royalist soldiers in the siege camp sent to take the city for the king and see up close the weapons and drill used during England’s past.

The main event will be commemorating the siege of Gloucester 380 years on and bring parliament and royalist troops head-to-head in a spectacular 17th century battle display.
